In the modern world extended families and carers do not always live in close proximity. Therefore, the integration between different generations can become disparate and infrequent. Intergenerational Opera aims to support important social relationships and community cohesion, by bringing people together of all ages and enabling them to communicate through music making. Therefore providing a unique opportunity to interact, learn and support one another.
